03 What we solve

Sound familiar?

Four symptoms we hear in every first conversation. Not technical root causes — the way you’d describe them internally.

Hover or select a symptom

You’ve invested in dashboards. Operators still trust the paper log. What’s actually happeningThe numbers exist, but nobody can defend where they came from. Without traceability back to the machine, the paper log stays the only record an operator will sign their name to.
You’ve implemented systems before. They work on paper, not on the floor. What’s actually happeningThe system was designed for the sign-off, not for the shift. When it costs an operator two extra clicks at 2am, the workaround becomes the real process within a month.
Your IT and your operations team have different ideas of what “integrated” means. What’s actually happeningFor IT, integrated means one database. For operations, it means a line that doesn’t stop. Nobody ever wrote the contract between the two — so the integration lives in spreadsheets and in one person’s head.
Your board is asking about AI. Your stack isn’t ready to answer. What’s actually happeningIndustrial AI runs on contextualised, timestamped data it can trust. Without an ISA-95 layer underneath, every model stays a pilot that never survives contact with production.

07 How we work

How it feels to work with us.

Three steps, told from the client’s perspective. Not our process chart — your experience.

  1. We listen before we propose

We spend time on your floor with your operators before opening a project plan. The diagnosis is theirs, the architecture is ours.

Days on the floor, not in a war room

  2. We build with your team

The system has to work for the people using it at 2am — not just for those who signed it off. Operators in every review.

    Co-design with operators & engineers

  3. We stay until it works

Go-live is the start. Hypercare, SLA, training and ongoing improvement until the system runs on its own.

Go-live and stay — never drop & run

09 FAQ + Talk to us

Practical questions before we talk.

Tell us about your project

We’ll tell you honestly if we’re the right partner.

Pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, chemical, glass, and mining. Mostly regulated or process-intensive environments where a failed implementation has real consequences. If your plant runs under GMP, FDA, or strict quality frameworks, that’s the context we know best.

Siemens is our primary choice in implementations, more specifically the frameworks Opcenter Execution Process, Opcenter Execution Discrete and Opcenter Execution Pharma. We also handle legacy SIMATIC IT environments, typically in migration projects. If you already have a different MES and need integration work, architecture consulting, or OT/IT bridging, we can help regardless of the platform.

Six stages: diagnosis, solution architecture, kick-off, development, commissioning, and go-live with ongoing support. Every project starts with understanding your process first. We don’t deliver a system and disappear. We stay through go-live and handle what comes after.

Most projects run between 4 and 12 months. Multi-site rollouts or deep ERP integrations with SAP S/4HANA take longer. We set realistic timelines during the architecture phase, not after you sign. If someone quotes you a fixed timeline before understanding your process, that’s a red flag.

That’s a significant part of the work we do. We connect MES/MOM systems with ERP (SAP S/4HANA and ECC), LIMS, WMS, APS, historians, and DCS/SCADA layers using ISA-95 as the design framework. The goal is clean, maintainable data flow between the shop floor and your business systems, not point-to-point fixes that break with the next upgrade.

Validation isn’t something we bolt on at the end. We work under GAMP guidelines from day one, document IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and design systems that meet FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements out of the box: audit trails, electronic batch records, role-based access control. If your system needs to survive an FDA or EMA audit, that shapes how we build it from the start.

Most MES failures come down to the same things: an integrator who knew the software but not the process, poor alignment between OT and IT, or functional requirements that were never properly defined. We’ve seen all of it. We put a senior architect with real plant experience on every project from the first conversation, not just for the proposal.

Yes. We work on optimizations, troubleshooting, and architecture reviews on existing deployments, including SIMATIC IT to Opcenter migrations. If your current system isn’t delivering on traceability, OEE visibility, or EBRs quality, we assess what’s actually broken before proposing anything.

Typically, mid-to-large manufacturers, plants with hundreds to several thousand employees, often part of multinational groups running multi-site environments. Being a focused team means you get senior involvement from start to finish, not a junior team handed the project after the sales pitch.

We’re headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, but our team operates across multiple time zones, from the US and Canada through Europe to India. That’s intentional: it means fast, quality support wherever our clients are. MES commissioning, go-live, and operator training require on-site presence. We travel where the plant is.

Yes, and deliberately. We build and use tailor-made AI agents and tools for project management, code review, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation. AI assists our engineers; it doesn’t replace their judgment. We’re also strict about data protection: no client process data, no proprietary configurations, nothing that touches your OT environment goes near a general-purpose AI model.

Because the person reviewing the output knows what the code is supposed to do before it’s written. Every module we develop goes through architecture review, code review, and functional testing by engineers who have commissioned these systems in real plants. AI accelerates our workflow. It doesn’t own it.
